Offensive? Language

As part of our review process at work, we have to do a self-review. Two features within this program are a spell check and a "language" check. I figured this was a grammar checker. Turns out, it checks for offensive language. Like apparently, the word "slow" can be offensive to some. And "bachelor's degree" should be replaced with "undergraduate degree". These are things I wouldn't have thought of, but could make sense. I never thought the word "flip" (as in flip side) could be offensive, so they can just deal.
