In other words: "Incestuous marriages are legal."
And in Tennessee
That's right folks, "Interracial marriages are illegal."
And in Nebraska (this is just kind of funny really)
That's right, "Persons with gonorrhea may not marry."
Any marriage where either of the parties is an idiot or lunatic is null and void.
