Said victim was 19, BTW. Anyway, they're lumping this guy in with Darryl Littlejohn, accused of raping and murdering a college student, and Stephen Sakai, indicted on murder and attempted murder stemming from a shooting last weekend.
The only thing these three guys have in common is they are bouncers at NY clubs. Solivan is no where near the category of Littlejohn and Sakai. Firstly, he was BEING ATTACKED WITH A PIPE! Secondly, all he did was punch the guy and the guy died. It's involuntary manslaughter at WORST and self-defense to anyone reasonable. How the press can lump them all in together, I have no idea.
Witnesses told investigators the victim brandished a metal pipe and moved toward the bouncer, Francisco Solivan, 24, during the altercation outside Club Soma in Queens, prosecutors said.
Solivan admitted to punching Antonios Fasarakis one time during the fight, prosecutors said.
