Bush has had more than 800 signing statement challenges, compared with about 600 signing statements combined for all other presidents, the group said.

I don't know a thing about how this works, but why haven't we impeached the bastard yet? It seems to me that he is doing a lot worse things than lying about a blowjob.

Clinton wasn't impeached for the blowjob, he was impeached because he committed purjury. But impeaching him doesn't actually DO anything. It's about what congress does AFTER he's been impeached that matters.
