Apple recalls 1.8 million laptop batteries

The cells in the lithium-ion batteries in the iBook G4 and PowerBook G4 computers - the only two models affected by the recall - were produced by Sony.

I am not a representative of apple, nobody should sue me because their battery caught on fire.

Thanks for the info. Mine qualify. So yeah new batteries... but i hope it isnt too much of a hassel to send them in.
