No idea... Considering they moved in to their current house my sophomore year of college. The room never felt like, "My room" I always felt like I was sleeping in the guest room when home on breaks.
My father turned my room into his office and moved my bedroom to the attic. This made sense as my room and my parents' room were joined by a bathroom. Since I wasn't there anymore, it wasn't a big deal. But still, I was in the attic.
When my father was in college, his parents moved and forgot to tell him.
